BIOGRAPHY

Calum Best, well-known for his reality TV life, and son of the late great footballer George Best, has a huge number of strings to his bow, including entrepreneur, public speaker, health & well-being enthusiast, charity campaigner, actor model, and part of the F2 Football Club.

2017 saw Calum launch ‘BestMeLife’; a daily journal based on mindfulness, productivity and goal setting.

Calum now speaks globally, encouraging others to use the daily journal and be aware of goal setting, and achieving. A year on from launching the brand, ‘buddy’ for kids was launched. A child friendly daily journal.

Calum’s company ‘BestMeLife’ became an official partner with NSPCC, London’s leading UK charity for underprivileged children.

He continues his charity work speaking at events to help children. Both journals retail at paper chase and ASOS.

In 2018, Calum launched ‘Crystal Har many’, the leading brand in the UK of healing crystals.

Calum’s charity work is incredibly important to him. As a patron of ‘Nacoa UK’ since 2003, the charity is the national organisation for children of alcoholics.


With first-hand experience on the topic he continues to do what he can for the charity, supporting public appearances, and speaking directly with the children.


In summer 2018 Calum took on the challenge to climb Mont Blanc all in aid of Nacoa.


He also regularly supports Celebrity, playing multiple charity football matches a year. 2016 saw Calum’s acting debut, as he played a lead role in the independent UK film ‘Dangerous Game’ starring alongside Darren Day.


In 2015 Calum became the face of the Gentleman’s range for men’s clothing brand, Burton’s appearing in the shop window of high streets up and down the country for two years.


With such a strong connection to alcoholism, in 2008, Calum made a documentary for BBC3, ‘Brought Up With Booze’. Sharing his story of losing his dad to alcoholism with other children, adults and charities. It was further aired on BBC1 following such a high response. At 22, Calum moved onto our screens appearing in the first series of Celebrity Love Island in 2003, making himself a household name, with viewing figures hitting a high of 14 million, and going on to win the series. He continued his reality TV stint, appearing in two series’ of Celebrity Big Brother in 2015 and 2017.


Creating a reputation for himself as a true gentleman. In his earlier years, Calum grew up in Malibu, California and started his modelling career at 15, modelling for huge campaigns including Guess Jeans, and Tommy Hilfiger.


After moving to London at the age of 20, he continued to model, working with the likes of Mario Test i no for Burberry, Terry Richardson for Monsoon, and Albert Watson for Jockey underwear.


Calum also featured on the cover of Italian Vogue, and ES Magazine.
